While running my intermitant windshield wipers in the intermitant mode they stopped working. When I switched them to regular mode they struggled to work, then stopped. When I switched them to high speed they work normally; however, they when turned off they don't return to their normal "park" position. They just stop wherever. Does the wiper motor need replaced?

The wiper needs some cleaning nor replacements. Check the motors too. Maybe some wires are stuck.
