1999 Durango not shifting

I have a 1999 Durango and all a sudden it stopped shifting in to drive all othe r gears work fine. It will shift from first to second but thats it. It has a fairly new filter and fluid change. When this happened the eng light came on but has since gone out

sounds like the input speed sensor. get it scanned for codes. if you take it to a dealership a ten buck part will cost $100 to replace. seems like the input and ouput sensors, clock spring, fuel rail and belt tensioner were all defective. give me a good old 63 chevy anytime!
