1998 Questions for all other cars

I've never personally run into a problem like that and how could it happen anyhow? I would imagine it depends on how much gets poured into the tank. It would go through the system i'm sure but if you have fuel injection it MAY possibly cause damage. But you have a fuel filter and that will catch alot of stuff. It really matters how much got dumped in nd how much gas is in the tank. A full tank would dilute it alot.
