You may have some air in the cooling system and as the engine starts running it give you that gurgling sound. Try opening and removing the radiator cap while the engine is cold and start the engine and let it warm up to normal operating temp. You want to let the thermostat open and ensure that the heater is on to max temp. This will let the air get forced to the radiator where it can be released. Hope this helps.
