Air Conditioning not working after all new parts

The entire air conditioning unit was installed and it still does not work. Could this be the computer in the truck or is there a thermostat that could be bad? I feel the service station is just throwing parts at the car and costing me a lot of money. Currently there is a computer guy looking into it and I am waiting to hear and I already voiced my complaint about the air conditioning unit not being the problem. What are the chances that both of these things were faulty? He assured me the compressor was bad, but now I am questioning it because it runs just like the old one did. On again off again. Thank you!

Turning off and on is normal on today's systems. You need to go into better detail to more accurately give you a diagnosis if we can. It should be performance tested to see what is wrong with it. We need to know if it's auto temperature control like where you set the temperature. Any of that diagnostics should have a professional grade scanner hooked to it to fix it right because it would set a code. If it is only blowing out in one area then pull HVAC fuse inside truck as it may reset the actuators to blow through vents when it is positioned on vent etc.
