The clutch cycles on and off. I replaced the cycle switch after jumping it out. The clutch does not stay engaged long enough to produce cold air.

If the clutch is cycling rapidly, chances are the system is low on Freon. Have you tried recharging it? If not, here is a link that discusses how it is done. If the pressure in the system is too low, often times the compressor will cycle as you described.

Try that first and let me know what you find. Also, if you have an AC manifold set of gauges, please let me know the pressures present on both the high and low side, as well as the outside temperature when you check. Here is a link showing the manifold gauges being used to recharge the system:
