What is the tube from the air box to the back of the motor?

Can you get a picture of the tube that you are talking about? More then likely this is the breather tube but I am attaching the info on the fresh air tube and housing to see if this help identify it.

Can you see where it goes to on the back of the engine? Does it go to the valve cover? Again, I suspect it is a breather tube which basically just allows any air in the engine (blow by gases) back into the air intake system.

Take a look at this info and we can go from there. Thanks

I believe it is the breather tube. So is this a huge problem if it is coming out the motor I can pull it in and out and wobble it?

No. It is okay. The only time it is an issue is if you can feel air/pressure coming out from around the connection points to the engine or air box.

However, if there is no issue with the vehicle then I would not worry about it at all. Thanks

Okay. If it wants to pop out then it needs to be replaced. However, you may be able to just replace the rubber end. I would get this so it is not popping out and then if it is still idling high we can address that on a new post. We need to keep each post to one topic so that others can find the solutions and they won't find a high idle issue under this topic.
