After cleaning MAF sensor the engine will not crank over?

I tried to clean the MAF (with MAF spray) and throttle body (throttle body cleaner) and placed seafoam fuel injector cleaner in gas tank because the car kept shutting off when turning or remain idling like at a light. So, I tried the cheapest way before taking it to a mechanic. The car attempted to start 3 times, the 4th time, and every time after for the last 8 hours has been a very low click like electric and no cranking. It won't start again.
