1993 Acura Vigor

Hello:
My car is locking both front brakes after a few miles. I have to wait for about 30 minutes then it will release on its own. Risently my brakes were gone they replaced the master cylinder and it worked well for a few months then started to give this problem. I had the brake pads replaced but it is doing the same thing.
