1995 Acura Legend car idles up and down

this car is imaculant the lady i bought it from took extreme care of this car, i just bought it4 weeks ago, it was in the morning that i started it to warm it up about 26 out, i dont have it in a garage like she did, what could it be, is there a throttle position scensor problem?

Don't go throwing your money out the window. Start with the simple things first. Check the coolant level and then if it is ok, get the car warm and bleed the system of air. See if that makes a difference.
