Always bleed air from cooling system when changing coolant.
Open bleed bolt on coolant outlet.
Fill system.
Close bleed bolt when coolant starts to run out without bubbles.
Tighten bleed bolt to 84 INCH lbs. (10 N.M). With radiator cap removed, start and run engine until normal operating temperature is reached.
Top off coolant and install radiator cap.

Suspect and Check water pump

check for headgasket failure

If had never open the bleeder the chance is that frozen very high and I would suggest using this tool very helpful in eliminating air in the system and safer to use
