I had my emission done and it didn't pass.
Hc ppm reading(120) allowed(141) pass. Co% reading(0.91) allowed(0.79) failed. No x ppm reading(3452) allowed(1026) failed. The emission inspection guy told me, I need to get my catalatic converter replace. Maybe it will help me pass both Co % and no x ppm.

I just replaced the cat, And I check for clogged, leak vaccum, changed my oil. Than I started the engine, black smoke startin to coming and coming.

What else can I do to resolve the Co % reading and black smoke?

Can you please help me out!

Thank you

Try pulling out the plugs and looking at them to see what they all look like. See if they look consistent. Note the cylinders that they came from if they are different. Are they black and sooty? Black and oily? You might check the timing of the vehicle. Another thing that I would look at last is the o2 sensors now that the cat is replaced. Are they clean and good? I would venture a guess that your fuel economy is either way down or really doing well. Most likely the former.
