1997 Acura Integra Sunroof

After opening the sunroof while driving n the highway, it will not close all the way. The rear will not go flat, but stays in a popped up open position. Is there something that has happened I can fix or does it need to go to the shop?

Can you hear the sunroof motor running when you try to close it? Will it re-open easily?

Okay since it will open back up and is only going so far to close, it seems like something is stuck in the guide. Have you visually inspected the guide track when the roof is opened as well as closed as far as it will go? There could be a twig or anything stuck in there.
