1994 Acura Integra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 163xxx miles

I have a 1994 Integra GS-R and I put too much oil in my car and didnt know until a few days after when the car showed a loss of power. I emptied the sump and added the correct amount of oil but car is still slower than it used to be. What do I need to do to retrieve power!

How much oil is the too much oil? Your engine only takes 4.2 quarts, did you put 5 or 8 quarts? You could have blown an oil seal.
Make sure that you really have the correct amount of oil first. Check the dipstick, chances are, you're still over.
