1991 Acura Integra Engine Check

Thank you for your response. Yes, you were true about the alternator and I had it changed now. But 2 days after I changed the alternator engine sign is flashing at times. Would that mean there is something wrong about the engine or does it take few days for teh alternator to get adjusted with the engine.
