1999 Acura CL rpm go up and go down

hi, i have two problems with this car that i just bougth in an auction, the first one is when i just turn on the car, the rpm are going up and down constantly, when i put drive or reverse it just stays up around the 1900rpm so if i need to make a stop the car feels like if i am pushing gas, there is no check engine light on or any other. the second one is the radio, is asking for a code but i do not know what code and there is no book, can you guys help me with that?

your first problem I believe, is the throttle control stabilizer located on the intake manifold by the throttle body control, also the unstable RPM's is part of the limp mode system of the Honda, telling you you are either low coolant, engine oil, transmission oil etc. make sure you check all your fluids. Your second question about the radio, it's going to need a code, you will either have to pull the radio, and there are some numbers on it, on a tag, call your Honda service department and get the code for the radio.
