For over a year now there has been a clicking noise from the front of the car in the passenger side, it only clicks when I turn on the heater or change the temperature or position of air blowing, my AC button won’t light up nor turn on. I checked all fuses/relays everything works fine. I then proceeded to check/add refrigerant but the dial went to red (warning). What could it be?

Hello and welcome to 2CarPros. The description sounds like the AC compressor isn't engaging. First thing to check is to look at the clutch on the compressor and see if it engages when you turn the AC on high and max cold. If it isn't engaging then it could be a bad clutch or the wiring to it. Next, if the compressor is turning you need to attach a gauge set to the system and see what the actual pressures are. It is possible that one of the pressure switches has failed or that there is an internal problem but without knowing the high and low side pressures as a starting point.
