There is a clicking noise coming from beside the glovebox?

I had it tested, and they said everything is running fine, but it still blows hot air. There is a clicking noise coming from beside the glovebox when I turn it on. Someone said it was the Blend Door Actuator. How do I get to it to change it out?

This is common when the mode actuator goes out, here is the location of the unit so you can change it out. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
