A/C quit working. Changed compressor, air drier and expansion valve. While charging A/C the compressor wouldn't turn on so I jumped it so I could still charge the system, but still no cold air and the compressor won't kick on without jumping it.

Good morning,

Can you give me the high and low side pressures of the system while the compressor was jumped? I want to see the actual pressures.

How much Freon did you add?

I attached a wiring diagram of the compressor for you. If you have a voltmeter, we can do some testing to determine the failure.
