ac not blowing thru dash vents

ac will not blow thru dash vents but will blow thru all the other vents and vehicle stalls when idle with ac is on all this happened after i changed the battery due to it smoking and being extremely hot

pull hvac fuse inside car with key on for 60 seconds then reinstall it may reset. if not the actuator is not working.
