AC not blowing cold / Low pressure is HIGH

We have charged the AC it was blowing cold. We ran dye-no leak. charged it- it was blowing cold a week ago. The low pressure is high and not cool to the touch. The high pressure is fine. I think that possibly it could be the actuator motor... Which I am looking into right now, but do you have any suggestions?

how much did you put in it?,did you pull a vacuum on it? and what exactly are the pressure readings?
