Having an electrical short. Every time I change the 20 amp fuse blows out as soon as I turn on the AC. I am having a short somewhere I just do not know where to start. I have ruled out the horn because we disconnected The AC compressor and the horn worked fine and did not blow out until we connect with AC compressor. Could this be a low pressure switch or a high-pressure switch causing the fuse to go out and the clutch not to engage?

You unplugged the compressor, the fuse no longer blows, and you are still looking for the short? That is like when we are looking for a tool in my friend's shop, he finds it over there, then I yell back that I will keep looking for it over here.

Your job is done. You unplugged the most common suspect and that removed the short from the circuit. You know nothing else is shorted because the fuse no longer blows. Replace the compressor or replace the clutch as a separate assembly.
