Clearly it sounds like the pressure is correct, but I just want to make sure you are checking this with a gauge set. Basically, if you have changed all this and you jump the compressor relay, and it comes on, but it still does not blow cold then we have a system issue. This is where we need the pressures just to find out what is happening inside the system.

If it blew cold when it was jumped, then we would focus on the control side, but we need to start with pressures when you jump the relay, and the compressor is running.
If they are normal, then we need to remove the relay and check for power and ground where it should be. Basically, the PCM grounds the relay and that closes the relay which sends power to the compressor, so we need to find out what we don't have so that we know where to go next.
