A/C and heat control

The control behind the glove box is broken I use zip ties to regulate from A/C to heat. Having trouble finding the right parts to repair it. Also, can select upper, lower, or defrost on control but air flow stays the same? Is there also another regulator that controls air flow? Thanks for the help.

Hello,

It sounds like the HVAC controller has gone out. I would try to find a used or rebuilt unit. here are diagrams below to show you how to replace it.
