Wires going to and from relay are all good, the connectors are good. Do I just replace the relay?

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

If everything with the wiring and power supplies are good, the suspect the relay itself. I attached a picture of the code with possible causes. The 11 indicates an open in the circuit, so that means the power supply is broken at some point. With that, if there is power to the relay, then chances are the relay is bad.

Here is a link that shows how to check a relay. I thought it may help.

Let me know if this helps.

Take care,
Joe
