ABS locking up but not releasing

I have replaced both the master cylinder and brake hydro-booster All lines have been bled and brake pedal has great pressure and responds well and retracts to normal pedal height as expected. Thanks, Kevin.

Sounds like the ABS is activating and that may be due to the module itself.

Let's start with pulling codes and making sure we don't have anything that will point us in a different direction.

What I would do is lift the vehicle and get the brakes to lock up and see which wheels are actually locking up.

If it is all of them then this is most likely the ABS module applying the brakes and not releasing them either due to a module issue or a sticking solenoid.
