C1223 left rear wheel speed sensor input signal is zero. Either a bad wheel sensor or the wiring to it is faulty.
C1249 open in stop light switch circuit. Most likely a bad switch but it could be a loose harness connector on the switch.
Faults in either of those circuits can turn on the ABS, brake and stability lights. The ABS and stability because they both use data from the wheel speed sensors to do their jobs. The problem is that you really need a scan tool that can read live data from the ABS system to check either of those items.
The brake light is likely do to the open circuit because the computer cannot tell if the brakes are being applied or not.
TPMS light could be a tire with low air pressure or more probably a failed sensor. That one will take a TPMS reader to check them and see if one is not transmitting or is reading wrong, assuming that all tires are inflated to specification.
