ABS issue?

I know this is a common issue on these cars and I replaced a few actuators before, but I want to confirm. As soon as hit the brake to stop at a very low speed I get this feeling of ABS being engaged in front. Sometimes no lights on dash other times all traction brake and ABS are on. Here are the codes. And there is a noise around brake pedal.
