ABS issue?

2010 TOYOTA PRIUS
163,000 MILES • 4 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

I know this is a common issue on these cars and I replaced a few actuators before, but i want to confirm. As soon as hit the brake to stop at a very low speed i get this feeling of ABS being engaged in front. Sometimes no lights on dash other times all traction brake and ABS are on. Here are the codes. And there is a noise around brake pedal.

Yes, this problem is common when the ABS ECU module goes out which will have these codes here is the location and instructions on how to change the unit out so you can fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
