Hello,
We had our tires replaced (alloy wheels) and switched front to back at kwik fit a week or so ago and since then have had problems. On some journeys, warning lights come on. ABS faulty, esr faulty, handbrake faulty. Then it switches to neutral or manual and will not change gear until engine is switched off then on again. Then all warnings clear. My husband removed front wheels and checked and cleaned the wheel sensors as suggested in your article. Now though, as soon as you switch on the engine all warnings come up straight away and you cannot change gear. Tried to drive it but it will not get above thirty mph, and beeps constantly! Please help, we go on holiday, driving to France in a few days time!
Kind regards
Heidi

From your description have a mechanic scan for codes to see what comes up. You can also check for rust flakes on sensors as they are magnetic and may have rust on them causing it.
