A popping sound when idling coming from one side of the exhaust?

I have the car listed above Classic. It has a popping sound when idling coming from one side of my exhaust, and it pops a lot more when I go to accelerate and barely goes. It won't go over like 40 MPH, and it takes a long time to get up to 40 MPH. I've changed the plugs, TPS, and took the catalytic converter off. I've checked my fuel injectors and my fuel pressure. I'm stumped here.

It sounds like you have a broken valve spring or a blown head gasket between two cylinders, either way a compression test can help us see what's going on, also if you upload a short video of the noise, I can tell for sure what's going on.

Thanks for the video. It does sound like a broken valve spring, or the valve train has fallen apart, you can remove the valve covers for an inspection. Use a flashlight it helps with the inspection. Please check the image below to see what I am talking about.

There is a lot of oil shooting out of the 1 and the 3rd on in the passenger side going from right to left.

Wow, you are not kidding, thanks for the video. It looks like the engine has a spun bearing which is affecting the oiling of the engine and making the noise. You are going to need to remove the engine and disassemble it to find the problem.
