The A/C and heater randomly stopped working during one of my drives. It was working fine and then just cut off. Now when I use the temperature switch I can feel hot or cold at my feet but nothing comes on when I turn the air flow knob.

Hello,

Just to clarify, air comes only from vent by your feet?
If that is what's happening then it is likely the mode door actuator is faulty.
The mode door actuator control where the air comes out. ie; from the dash vent or defrost or floor vent.
That actuator is located in the HVAC box behind the dash.

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
