I turn the fan on and turn the AC on and it basically just blows engine by air out at me. The engine light is on and off intermittently and i have a code of P0119 when it does go on. I have checked the lines for the coolant system and they are good with no leak. coolant reservoir was replaced and working as usual. had the Freon checked and that is good to go.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

As far as the code, it refers to an electrical condition related to the engine coolant temp sensor. It could be a loose connection or even a bad sensor.

Now for the AC, first take a look through this link.

What I need to know is if the AC compressor is cycling on and off when the system is turned on. If it isn't, the next step is to check or add Freon.

Do this and let me know what you find.

Take care,
Joe
