I hook gauges to both high and low side while truck running clutch doesn’t engage. Low side psi is 100. The high side it’s 100 to 150 as well. What could it be? It was working and I had to floor it to prevent getting rear ended then it quit blowing cold.

That means your system is static when the pressures are equalized. We need to suspect a possible control issue. Your vehicle has what is called a TIPM which means we don't have a fuse for it but the circuit board contains the protection devices.

I suspect we have a power issue so we need to start with jumping power to the compressor to see if the compressor will come on. Let's start there and see what we get.

Here is a guide that will help with what we are doing:

Hello,

The compressor will be on the belt system on the front of the motor. When you look at it all the other pulleys will be turning like a wheel, the alternator and power steering pump etc. The compressor if it's not on the outside of the pulley wont be turning. It's an electric clutch and when it's turning on and off it makes a click sound and the idle of the car will change for a moment. There will be a wire leaving the clutch leading to a plug that's where you disconnect it to jump the clutch to turn on. Here is a picture of what your looking for. If you have a test light one side of the plug should be hot. It would be good to check that.
