So I was driving home I was doing fifty five mph the engine just cut out. It turns over fine. I have checked relays and fuses I have no power to coil. I tried to just hot wire it from 12 volt source still no spark. I cannot figure it out. Could it be MAP sensor?

Good afternoon.

The power comes from the PCM for the coil. I attached the wire diagram for you to view.

If you hot wired the coil positive, then you most likely fried the PCM with a back feed.

Thank you for the reply, but did not answer my question. Could the original problem be MAP sensor?

The answer is no. It most likely will not start now since you tried hot wiring the PCM.

Again, the voltage originates from the PCM, not the MAP sensor.

At this point I do not know since your bypass has fried the PCM. That is where you start. Replace it then you need to recheck for power. If you still do not have it then we can continue with the diagnostic.
