93 Del Sol want start after drive it and turn off

The problem I'm having is when Ill say go to store car does great get to store shut car off go in store come back out turn car over but it want start have to let it sit for 20 30 min and it will start again I have changed the main relay by drivers foot I hear the fuel pump prime every time not sure what to check next

First check for missing spark. What you described is very common and is typically caused by a failing crankshaft position sensor or camshaft position sensor. Most of the time they will set a diagnostic fault code too, so have those read and recorded. Many auto parts stores will do that for you for free. Those two sensors often fail by becoming heat-sensitive, then they work again when they cool down, usually within an hour.

Honda refers to that as a "crank angle sensor", but it appears that isn't used on your engine. The only reference I can find is the distributor pickup, and of course I can't find that listed for sale anywhere. Looks like you have to buy the entire distributor.

There is also an ignition module that looks like it might be bolted inside the distributor. Those can fail intermittently too, but not as often as the pickup assembly. Looks like it's irrelevant. You'll get everything with the distributor. You might try finding a distributor at a salvage yard, then, if it solves the problem, consider buying a rebuilt unit with a warranty from an auto parts store.
