Can I install a 9-10.1inch Android car stereo?

These are designed to fit in any vehicle so you can use it. However, the only thing you have to figure out is what size opening you have with the radio removed.

Then you need to get the screen size that will fit in that opening. I am not familiar with these units but they most all come with a bracket that will fit in the opening and then a trim piece will attach to the bracket as well to cover up the opening around the screen.
