Clutch pedal must be pushed all the way to the floor to engage and it still is hard to get in gear most every time, I just changed the slave cylinder and clutch master cylinder. Also, I get a vibration and it shakes at 50MPH and it's hard to tell if it's in the front or the rear, this was prior to and now again after the repairs. Both U-Joints were changed on the single prop style driveshaft, could it be the differential on that issue? Thanks Guys.

These issues may not be related so we need to tackle one of them and then come to the other if it is not resolved.

Let's start with making sure you bled the clutch according to the process below.

The clutch issue is where we should start only because if the clutch is worn as I expect that could cause a vibration so let's take care of that first.

Here are a couple of guides that will help with this:

I suspect the clutch is worn and the pressure plate may even have some broken fingers on it.

So, I understand you replaced the slave, but I would pull the unit and replace the remaining components and then recheck the operation of each of these things. I suspect you will find the clutch disc is worn and the pressure plate and flywheel will have hot spots on it. This is why you are not able to get the transmission in gear because the clutch is not actually disengaging.

Please let me know what questions you have.
