Hi,

My car started showing the hand brake sign after I travel about 250 kilometers. These started after I changed my tires and did not align them. Is the problem caused by alignment or something else?

Not likely alignment. Both of those could be activated if the wiring to the system was broken or damaged and you are moving the tires caused it to fail. Did you replace all four tires with the same size tire that was on the car? If the tires are different sizes this can happen as well because the tires are now turning at different speeds and the wheel speed sensors show this as a problem.
The easiest way to find out would be to have a shop scan the car for the codes that are turning on the lights. Or if you did add tires that were incorrect correct that first.
