The car listed above is a GT model with a 4.6 3v engine. I have a ticking noise upon acceleration. Only after 30 minutes of driving. It does not make the noise in park or when the engine is cold nor when slowing down. It goes along with the speed of the RPMs. Do you have an idea of what my problem could be?

Good evening EESTON,

I've seen a lot of these 4.6's and the fuel injectors tend to get a bit louder as they wear and get some age on them. Not much you can do about it if that's the case...

The more common issues with the 4.6 3v is with the timing gear, which you would hear at idle and cold start, but you've stated that's not the case. Possibly an exhaust leak that opens up once the manifold gets hot. I've also seen the belt drive components on the 4.6 3v (2v's too for that matter) make noises that sound like horrible valvetrain or timing chain noises, but ends up just being a dry idler pulley bearing

Do you have an automotive stethoscope?

If the noise in question can be heard while parked, see if you can pinpoint the area of the engine the noise is coming from.

Could you upload a video that would clearly show the noise?
