Four wheel drive not engaging

When I put my truck in four wheel drive and lock the hubs the front wheels do not turn and the back tires just spin. I have changed the fuses and replaced the motor to the switch but it still isn't lighting up or engaging.

Hello,

There are six fuses that need to be checked for power. here is a guide to help us get started with the wiring diagrams so you can see which fuses to test and how the transfer case works. There are also two relays to be tested us well.
