2NZ fe torque specifications

I need torque specifications for 2nz fe mains and big ends.

Looking at the book it says look at the torque chart attached.

Both of those bolts are torque to yield types and are not supposed to be re-used as they are stretched during the torque process and can fail if you try to stretch them more.
