I turned a corner and heard a loud bang coming from the front passenger side of the car.
It didn't seem to have any effect on the way the car drove at first but further down the road whilst turning more corners the steering felt heavy, especially turning right. When i got home, i took a look but couldn't see any visual problems . I have no idea what it could be and would appreciate any help. Thank you

Check that the power steering fluid level is correct and that there is no signs of external oil leaks in the steering rack, lines or pump. If this is OK, you will have to get the car up on stands and do a full visual inspection of the steering and suspension for faults.
