Hello,

Why does my almost brand new car vibrates so much? Even when not in gear it gives noticeable vibration, way more than other focuses I tested after I discovered this problem. There is no check engine lite, its not sparks or belt. what else could it be? Two different mechanics took a look and said that they can't tell, but sure that it should not vibrate so much. Any ideas what it could be? And is it covered by Ford under 60,000km warranty?

Thank you!

This could be a couple of things so we need to start crossing them off the list.

First and foremost is a vacuum leak.

More then likely you would have a check engine light but this is not a guarantee so we need to check it.

Also, we need to look at the mounts as that will also cause this issue.

Lastly here is a guide that will help with the other leading issues:

The fact that this vehicle is covered under warranty, I would suggest you take it into the dealer and take someone for a drive in it and get them to feel what you are. You do not want to just drop it off and tell them about it because they may not feel it.

Please review this material and let us know what questions you have. Thanks
