2012 Chrysler Other tail lights

On Saturday the 11th of April I washed my car and vaccumed the carpets from the winter. I came home and shampooed my carpets as well. No problems with lights until this morning April 13th, no tail lights or plate lights. Turn, brake and reverse lights work. When car is running, reverse lights on passenger side very dim.
