I have a ticking sound under driver seat

There is a ticking sound below the driver seat door (audible from outside), after the car is parked and the ignition is off. This sound stops after about 2 mins. More prominent when the car is run for half and hour. Went to the service station but they say it is normal. I think they donot knwo the reason.

Check if its a relay that sticking

Some times catalytic converter makes sounds like ticks when cooling down.
