Have you checked the coolant temp sensor? Have you checked the cooling fan relay? How often do you have to refill the coolant?

I have looked at the relays and they look fine. I fill the coolant up twice a week and I'm not too sure how to check the coolant sensor?

If you refill the coolant 2 times per week, there is a problem. Is the vehicle overheating? Have you checked for coolant leaks? Have you checked to see if there is coolant mixing with the engine oil? Is there excessive white smoke from the exhaust?

As far as the fan relay, you can't tell if it is bad by just looking at it. Switch it with a known good relay from the relay box that has the same part number.

I replaced the hosing for the coolant a couple months back as the coolant was leaking but now there have been no leaks. The vehicle is not overheating at all, Engine oil hasn't mixed with the coolant from what I can see and no white smoke from the exhaust.I will check the relays again to see if it is actually bad.I just can't seem to figure the issue

Check the relay and let me know what you find. Either you have a bad cooling relay or coolant temp sensor. Do I understand that the vehicle is no longer leaking coolant?
