Air conditioner not blowing cold air

my air conditioner or climate control does not seem to blow cold air. It kind of does, but feels more like to cool fan is blowing instead of the AC. When the engine is idling for a minute or two it blows warm air. I checked my fuses to see if maybe that was an issue but they are all good to go. The climate control also blows warm air out of the back fan ports all the time but a little cooler in the front ones.
