2010 Nissan Navara Noise from front wheels

When I turn the steering wheel completely to one side (locked) while reversing or driving there is a noise from the front wheels.

That s not unusual if the wheels are all the way against the stops. You can put a little grease on the stops and probably stop that.Or you could just stop holding pressure against the stops.
