It is probably a little out of tune. There are two screwsa on the back of most horns used for positioning the vibrating member of a horn which sits in between the two bell shaped outer covers. You need to adjust these ever so slighty to get the horn to work. This sometimes happens after a lot of use. If that does not work you might have to replace the horn. They have replacements at Advance Auto for just a few dollars.
