2010 Kia Forte ac problems

My ac burnt out and i had it relpaced..they put what it need to go with the ac but it still not throwing cold air..they cant seem to figure out why its blowing hot air..please help!.. i cant stand the heat and i cant afford to take it to the dealer..any ideas?

What has been replaced? Is the compressor engaging?

the whole ac was replaced with a brand new one. But it still throwing hot air.
